Tennis Strength & Conditioning Performance focuses on professional and amateur tennis players of all ages and levels to help them reach their maximum potential by improving their physical performance. A unique assessment protocol is used to identify potential areas of functional improvement, movement efficiency, joint range of motions, weakness and asymmetries within a player’s body. A unique customized strength and conditioning program is then designed based on all your components of your testing data.

In essence, the better a player’s body moves, the better performance will be regardless of age, level or sex. Many studies have proven that a Tennis sport specific strength program not only improves performance on the court but also dramatically improves health benefits such as cardiovascular, muscle toning, reduces joint and muscle pains and greatly helps reduce the risk of future injuries.

“The game of tennis keeps on evolving at such a fast rate that to be a well-rounded player nowadays and to really improve your game, you need to have the coaching, the practice and the strength and conditioning all into one; just like the Pros on Tour.”, says Eric AH-Yuen.

AH-Yuen, a former World Champion athlete in Tae Kwon Do, has worked with many professional and Olympic athletes. He recently moved to the area and now calls Jupiter home.

Training is now offered on a private, semi-private or group sessions at the Palm Beach Gardens Tennis Center. Call 561-775-8277.  Informational Brochure
