Futsal (Indoor Soccer)
Futsal is a fast-paced, street style form of soccer that continues to grow in popularity. The program concludes with the Puma Cup tournament on August 16.

1st Level Basketball Training Class
Young basketball players will be introduced to the game the right way, with a heavy emphasis on fundamentals. Palm Beach Gardens High School coach Drew Quinn leads the clinics.

Ninja Fitness
Come Challenge your inner ninja in our fun filled ninja fitness program. Your child will learn how to train and strengthen their muscles while increasing confidence in their movement and abilities. While they learn about fitness through movement they will also develop skills such as team building, camaraderie and perseverance. The kids will use obstacles and circuit based activities to increase their endurance, strength, balance and coordination all while in a controlled and safe environment. Come on out and show us your inner ninja.

School's Out for Sports
School is out and recess is in session! Your child will have a ball in these fun and instructional camps. A variety of sports will be covered and played; kids will be coached by former and current athletes to improve skills.
- Age: K-8th grades (must have met age requirements for Palm Beach County public schools)

Work on your game in an individual or group setting. This class is focused on developing skills and preparing you for upcoming recreation league or travel team play. Half-hour or 1-hour sessions available. Contact 561-630-1117 to set training appointments.
