Golf Course Clubhouse

Project Manager: Charlotte Presensky, Projects Director

The original golf course clubhouse was built in 1991 and is approximately 2,500 sq. ft. under air.  The course serves over 40,000 rounds of golf annually.  Since the facilities in the existing building cannot support that level of play, it has been demolished in preparation for this project.

The new clubhouse will be approximately 22,000 sq ft in size with about 12,000 under air. The remaining square footage allows for significant overhangs and staging areas to offer shelter from the weather and incorporates the cart barn. A pro shop, locker rooms, food and beverage services, and an event space to accommodate 200 banquet-style seating will be incorporated into the space as well.
