The Administrative Operations Bureau of the Police Department provides for the police organization through support and development of services and functions necessary for the public safety process. The Bureau's delivery of service is gauged by our ability to deal with the issues of finance, technology, creativity and efficiency. The following functions are supported:

Police Dispatch services and 911 Public Safety Answering Position (PSAP) for Police and Fire/Rescue for Palm Beach Gardens.

Records keeping and tracking crime for Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) to the State and the FBI are maintained along with all other officer-generated documents.

Telecommunication and information technology keep our agency on the forefront of crime fighting, allowing officers to work smarter, with state of the art mobile computers, and paperless reporting software solutions.
