Business Tax Receipt Approval Process

Planning & Zoning Division

Arrow Image Reviews the application to ensure that each business is in the appropriate zoning district. Upon approval of the City application, the planner approves the municipal zoning for the Palm Beach County Business Tax Receipt.

Code Enforcement

Arrow Image Ensures each business is compliant with federal, state, and local regulations and inspections.

The Business Services Coordinator

Arrow Image Mails the City Business Tax Receipt, along with the application for the Palm Beach County Business Tax Receipt, to the business. The business is then responsible for applying for the County Business Tax Receipt.
