The Pointe

The Pointe 150,000 square feet of office space and a four-story parking garage on an approximately 9.18 acre site. The proposed Pointe PUD is located between I95 & Military Trail.

 

Parcel 5A

240,000 square feet of office use and 600,000 square feet of industrial use including a maximum of 42,000 square feet of ancillary commercial use. The approximately 86.34-acre subject site, referred to as "Parcel 5A," is generally bounded by I-95 right-of-way to the west and south, the Garden Woods and Winchester Courts residential developments to the north, and the Florida East Coast Railway Right-of-way and Alt. A1A to the east.

The incorporation of the 20 acres of land lying immediately east of the existing North Campus into the PUD and to allow an expansion to the north campus. The existing 20 acre north campus is generally located on the north side of Northlake Blvd. approximately 1 mile west of Military Trail.

The Borland Center Planned Unit Development is currently under construction on a 47 acre parcel and is located along the north side of PGA Boulevard between Gardens Square Boulevard and Shady Lakes Drive.

The Mixed Use Development consists of a 64,533 square foot cultural center and church facilities (500-seat small theater/church facility with accessory uses and a 300-seat banquet hall), 64,025 square feet of retail/commercial use, 19,950 square feet of restaurant space, 10,900 square feet of Professional Office use.

Donald Ross Village Planned Unit Development is currently under construction on 74 acres of land and is bounded by Donald Ross Road to the north, Central Boulevard to the West, and Military Trail to the East.

The mixed use development will consist of a 93 room hotel, 9,000 square feet of Professional Office, 3,236 square feet of gas/convenience store, 4,000 square feet of bank, 14,873 square feet of drug store, 13,000 square feet of restaurant use, and 88,987 square feet of retail use.

Downtown at the Gardens is currently under construction within the Regional Center. The site is contiguous to Interstate 95 and the Palm Beach Gardens Mall.

The site consists of 26,000 square feet of Neighborhood Commercial, 220,745 square feet retail/restaurant, a 3,130 seat cinema, and 20,000 square feet of Professional Office space.

Gardens Station is currently under construction on approxiamtely 7.5 acres located immediately north of NorthCorp Planned Community Development, east of RCA Boulevard, and west of the FEC railway.

The Mixed Use Development consists of 15,075 square feet of general commercial use, 17,550 square feet of medical use, 47,200 square feet of Professional Office use, and 2,500 square feet of financial use.

 

Hood Road Centre

Hood Road Centre Hood Road Centre is located on approximately 2.4-acres at the southeast corner of Hood Road and Interstate 95.

Two professional office buildings totaling 28,282 square feet will be used for professional office space (prohibiting medical, dental or veterinary uses). Building One is one-story approximately 10,050 square feet, and Building Two is approximately 18,232 square feet.

The commercial portion of the Planned Unit Development will include 19,375 square feet of Professional/Business Office use (medical use is prohibited), and 19,375 square feet of Neighborhood Commercial that will serve the surrounding residential area.

Mirasol Town Square is currently under construction on a 12 acre commercial parcel within the Mirasol Planned Community Development. The commercial parcel is located at the intersection of PGA Boulevard and Jog Road adjacent to the Florida Turnpike.

Mirasol Walk is located on approximately 24-acres at the northwest corner of PGA Boulevard and the Ronald Reagan Turnpike.

The approved shopping center consists of 57,036 square feet of grocery store, two attached retail buildings totaling 27,996 square feet, 3,925 square feet of gas station/convenience store, four out-parcels that will consist of two 5,000 square-foot banks, and two specialty retail buildings (not to exceed a combined total of 14,693 square feet).

The Target Planned Unit Development (PUD), also known as Northlake Square East, is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Northlake Boulevard and Congress Avenue within the municipal boundaries of the City of Palm Beach Gardens and the Town of Lake Park.

A rezoning from Research and Light Industrial Park to Planned Unit Development (PUD) Overlay for 8.29 acres in the City of Palm Beach Gardens, and rezoning from Traditional Neighborhood District (TND) to PUD Commercial for 10.83 acres in the Town of Lake Park was approved to allow the development of a 131,839 square-foot Target retail building.

Northlake Square West Planned Unit Development is an 8.80-acre site located at the southwest corner of Northlake Boulevard and Congress Avenue of which a 5-acre portion is within the municipal boundaries of the City of Palm Beach Gardens and a 3.8-acre portion is within the Town of Lake Park.

The site was jointly approved for a 41,000 square-foot fitness center, a 12,389 square-foot pharmacy with a two-lane drive-through, and an 11,902 square-foot restaurant/retail building with an outdoor seating area.
