Michael Armit, Head Golf Professional (The Nest)

Michael is originally from West Bloomfield, Michigan. He moved to the South Florida area in January 2013, committed to a career in the golf industry. He attended Keiser University College of Golf where he graduated with an Associates Degree in Business. 

Michael started playing golf at the age of 18, while working as a server at a private country club in his hometown, one good shot is all it took, and he was instantly hooked. In 2018 Michael passed his PGA Playing Ability Test prior to entering the PGA Apprentice Program, he is currently working towards his PGA Membership.

Michael has worked his way up to the position of Head Golf Professional at The Nest Par-3 Course and continues to be integral part of Sandhill Crane Golf Club management team. He is also one of the top two instructors for both our Adult and Junior Programs.
