Comprehensive Land Use Plan
April 20, 2017, the Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) completed its review of the City of Palm Beach Gardens' Evaluation and Appraisal Review (EAR)-based Comprehensive Plan Amendments, which was adopted by City Council via Ordinance 8, 2016, on March 2, 2017, and determined that it meets the requirements of Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes, for compliance, as defined in Subsection 163.3184 (1) (b) Florida Statutes.
