Gardens-Google Earth Mapping System (GEMS)
Palm Beach Gardens online mapping service is Gardens-GEMS. Use Gardens-GEMS to locate:
  • City parks
  • Licenses
  • Permits
  • Schools
  • Zoning of a property
General Instructions
In order to utilize Gardens-GEMS, you will need to have the latest version of Google Earth installed on your computer. The latest version can be installed by going to the link below or by clicking the Help > Check for Updates Online menu tab within Google Earth.

Gardens-GEMS Setup & Quick Reference Guide
Prior to utilizing the Gardens-GEMS system please review the Public GIS Data Instructions for First Time Use Set Up (PDF). This initial use setup guide should be used to setup Google Earth in order to view plats, images, and other data from our server. If you have any issues setting this up, please call the GIS Division at 561-799-4243.
