Recreation Department

The City of Palm Beach Gardens Recreation Department offers excellent opportunities for children and adults to enjoy exercising, learning, playing and living in beautiful South Florida. With 2 recreation centers, 1 aquatic complex, 1 tennis and pickleball center, 1 youth enrichment center, a green market and hundreds of programs, classes and events throughout the year, we truly offer something for everyone!

Parks Division

We make it easy for our residents and visitors to enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful year-round weather in the City of Palm Beach Gardens with 15 parks covering a combined area of approximately 185 acres. From covered playgrounds and picnicking pavilions to basketball and handball courts, we offer amenities for all levels of activity. Please visit our Parks page for a full listing.

Photo/Video Policy

Occasionally, Recreation staff may take photos or videos of individuals participating in recreation programs and events, as well as people enjoying our local parks and facilities. Please be advised these images are for City of Palm Beach Gardens use and may be used in future catalogs, brochures, flyers, website, social media or other promotional items.

Special Needs Accommodations

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), persons in need of special accommodations to participate in recreation programs shall contact the Recreation Department at 4404 Burns Road, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410, call 561.630.1100, or email recinfo@pbgfl.com. We partner with The Arc of Palm Beach County to assess your needs.

Recreation Gift Cards

Recreation gift cards make the perfect gift for any special occasion. Cards can be used for program registrations, drop-in fees and even goodies at the Snack Shack! Pick one up at any recreation service desk. Call 561.630.1100 for more information.

Buy Into the Gardens (BIG)

Join the many people and organizations that have supported our community and commemorated an event or loved one through the BIG program. Commemorative items include purchasing a bench, flag or paver stone, or donating to our Parks and/or Beautification Funds. Recognition will be on a plaque or through the City of Palm Beach Gardens Signature City Magazine.
