PGA Boulevard, from State Road 710 to the C-18 Canal:
In order to complete pile driving operations at the new bridge location, Florida Power and Light will shut down transmission lines for approximately 48 hours, with work permitted around the clock beginning Friday night, May 20, through Monday, May 23. Please note, power outages will not affect Sandhill Crane Park or the surrounding communities.

Project Overview: This 1.9-mile design-build project began Friday, June 19, 2015, in the City of Palm Beach Gardens. Work includes designing and raising the existing roadway to create a 2-lane undivided roadway, and construction of a new single span bridge, with new drainage and wildlife crossing. The work is being performed by Ranger Construction Industries, Inc., and is expected to be completed fall 2016. The estimated construction cost is $9.47 million.

Restrictions: One lane may be closed in each direction, 7 a.m. until 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Flagmen will be on-site to direct traffic, as needed. Traffic has also been shifted to temporary outside lanes on the north and south sides of the bridge, to allow for bridge construction in the center portion of the roadway. Traffic will remain in this configuration through approximately August 2016.
