At the September 17th City Council meeting, City Manager Ron Ferris gave a presentation to update Council members on the status of contract negotiations with the fire fighters' union. In his presentation, Mr. Ferris detailed the challenges currently faced by the City and its initial proposal to the IAFF (International Association of Fire Fighters) union.
