Please be advised that effective December 31, 2020, the Florida Fire Prevention Code 7th Edition will replace the Florida Fire Prevention Code 6th Edition and will thereafter be enforced throughout all jurisdictions within the State of Florida.
All plans submitted for review and permitting beginning December 31, 2020 and thereafter shall comply with the Florida Fire Prevention Code 7th Edition. Any plans submitted prior to December 31, 2020, will need to comply with the Florida Fire Prevention Code 6th Edition.
