How do you know if you’re a resident? Most Recreation Division programs include a resident and a non-resident fee. City residents are offered a discounted rate because their property taxes directly support our services. Many people get confused because their address will list Palm Beach Gardens as the city of residence, but they are not actually within incorporated Palm Beach Gardens.
To be eligible for the resident fees, a participant must reside within incorporated Palm Beach Gardens and support city facilities and programs through property taxes. If you are not sure whether you are a city resident or not, check your property tax bill or visit the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser’s website. If you are a resident, your property tax bill will include a line item specifically listing the City of Palm Beach Gardens.
