Please join the GFWC Palm Beach Gardens Woman's Club on Wednesday, November 15th, for their meeting featuring speaker Erich Zianabitnig from the Palm Beach County Food Pantry. Members will be collecting non-perishable food items and paper goods for the Food Pantry during the meeting. It will begin at 7:00pm with the speaker and will continue afterwards with tasty goodies to be enjoyed, followed by the business meeting. All are welcome. Adult Jazz & StretchIf you’re looking to get fit but enjoy dancing as well, this is the class for you. For ages 18 and older, class will consist of a jazz warm up, a small combination, then a long stretch and relaxation ending. Work on strengthening and toning as well as cardio and muscle lengthening. 2-Hour Adult Hitting FrenzyMon-Wed, November 20-22 and Fri, Nov 24, 8:30-10:30am Drill, drill, drill before you gobble, gobble, gobble! Earn some pre-Thanksgiving calorie credits! Two hours of fast-paced drills and games are conducted to music by Tennis Center professionals. Those of you who do your holiday shopping online can come on Friday, too! This is our most popular activity, offering players a chance to hone doubles skills in a sociable, fun setting. “Les Grande Dames” is coming to the Tennis Center!Wed-Sun, Jan 17-21 - One of the premier events of senior women’s tennis, Les Grande Dames features both singles and doubles for the 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 and 80+ age groups. The Tennis Center presents this tournament in cooperation with Trish Faulkner, Director of Tennis at the BallenIsles Club, who has hosted it for more than two decades. A number of our stronger local players have found the “Dames” a great opportunity to meet and compete with some of the country’s outstanding senior women. Others come to watch outstanding tennis played by those who love the game and maintain a high level of skill. Enroll online starting November 1st.

Thanksgiving Aquatics CampAges 6-12 | Mon-Wed, Nov 20-22 | 10am-4pm It's usually still pretty warm in November and we have a heated pool anyway, so why not have the kids enjoy 3 days of Aquatics Camp? Fun games, stroke instruction and lifeguard skills are all combined to provide an environment where campers can learn while having a great time. Jumpstart's Read for the Record®Riverside Youth Enrichment Center has participated in this national literacy event since 2007. Each year the City of Palm Beach Gardens City Council members, the City Manager, and the Fire and Police Chief join 3 million participants all over the nation who read the same book on the same day to the children in our community. This year we read Quackers by Liz Wong on Thursday, October 19, and everyone had a really great time!

Annual Thanksgiving Celebration The children in the 3-year-old program and Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) program will be performing holiday songs and poems at the City Hall Veterans Plaza Amphitheater, 10500 North Military Trail on Saturday, November 18 at 9:30am.
