Awaken your body and soul in this invigorating afternoon camp that
includes the following activities:
- Fun meditation and yoga stretches -
- Deep breathing techniques, balance and flexibility exercises -
- Dance classes in Jazz, Ballet, Modern, Contemporary, Improvisation & Hip Hop -
- Problem-solving group activities to build self-esteem and cooperation -
Campers will have an in-studio demonstration of what they learned
upon conclusion of the camp on Friday at 4:30 p.m.
