Registration Software Offline During UpgradeDue to a planned upgrade, the registration and payment system for the Leisure Services Department, including online and in-person registration and payments, will be inaccessible on Monday, August 6. In-person registration will be available starting August 7th, but online registration will continue to be inaccessible until Saturday, August 11th. Please plan accordingly when registering or making a payment. We apologize for the inconvenience but are looking forward to being able to serve you more efficiently and effectively. |

Burns Road Recreation Center Closed for Maintenance August 13-17The Burns Road Recreation Center, 4404 Burns Road, will be closed Monday, August 13 through Friday, August 17 for annual maintenance and cleaning. The Aquatic Complex will remain open for programs and lap swimming. The Recreation Center service desk will reopen Wednesday from 8am–6pm, but no other rooms will be available, including restrooms. Restrooms at the Aquatic Complex will be open to those utilizing the pool, playground or walking trail. Online registration at pbgrec.com/login will be available all week, and the Center will resume normal operating hours on Saturday, August 18, 2018. |

Registration for Fall Classes Opens August 15th!Registration for our Fall classes starting in late August opens on Wednesday, August 15th, both online and in person. Although the majority of Burns Road Recreation Center will be closed until August 17th for maintenance, the service desk WILL be open from 8am-6pm to assist you. For online registration, please go to pbgrec.com/login.

PBG Predators Soccer
Ages 5-15 | August 6-10 | 7:30am-6pm
Coach: Palm Beach Gardens Youth Athletic Association
Spend the mornings outdoors working on your soccer skills, then head indoors in the afternoons for indoor Futsal soccer!
Jr. Lifeguard Camp
Ages 11-14 | August 6-10 | 8am-3pm
Get a head start and learn what it takes to become a lifeguard.
Youth Tennis Summer Camps
Little Pros Camp – Ages 4-6 | August 6-10 | 9-10:30am

Youth Recital Dance ClassesRecital dance classes for youth ages 3-19 begin the week of August 27 for returning students. New students are invited to the Youth Dance Open House on Saturday, September 8 from 1-3pm for assistance in choosing classes. Recital classes are for those students who can make a 9-month commitment and wish to participate in the recital held at the end of the season in May at the beautiful Eissey Campus Theatre. Tennis Family Fun Day &
USTA Red-Ball Team ChallengeA fun program of family-oriented activity is planned at the Tennis Center on Saturday, August 4, from 3-5pm. All will play in ability-based groups for 1-1 ½ hours, then kids and adults will take the courts together. $10/person or $20 per family. Light refreshments served. Call 561-775-8277 to pre-register.

Tennis Instructional Classes: Begin, Return, Improve Is “getting started,” “getting back to,” or “improving my tennis game” something that you, a family member or a friend has been meaning to do? Youth Recreational Doubles TournamentDoubles are fun! Come with a friend and play from 11:30am-2:30pm on Saturday, Aug. 11. The tournament consists of three-round, 8-Game Pro-set format in ability-based groups, with a pizza lunch to follow. Teams may be mixed as to age, gender, and ability. USTA-Sanctioned Level 6 Boys & Girls 18-16-under Singles and Doubles Tournament
Saturday-Monday, August 18-20
This tournament is for highly-competitive players who will not have reached their 19th birthdays before September 1, 2018. Doubles is included in the singles entry fee of $55. Enter singles online.

Makos Swim Team If you are looking for a fun, outdoor activity for your child that beats the heat, then the Makos Swim Team is the perfect fit. Swim Team includes conditioning and technique-based swim instruction for ages 4-17 in a fun, team environment. For those who are interested in competing against other swim teams, we have competition options available. Flexible swim options are also available. Learn to Swim ProgramIt’s not too late to enroll your child in our Learn to Swim lessons! The Learn to Swim program provides swim lessons for all levels and all ages starting at 6 months old. The fall weekday sessions will begin on Monday, August 20 and the Fall Saturday sessions will begin on September 1. Resident/Non-Res Fee: $60/$75.
