Celebrating 17 seasons of The Gardens GreenMarket! Join us every Sunday from 8am-1pm for fresh produce, flowers, handmade crafts, prepared food items and so much more! GardensArt, a City of Palm Beach Gardens Rotating Art in Public Places program, presents “AbEx”, a solo exhibition of abstracts by Mirtha Moreno. Please join us for an opening art reception on Friday, January 25 and view original paintings, meet the artist and enjoy a relaxed and artful evening of lively conversation and complimentary hors d'oeuvres. DADDY DAUGHTER DATE NIGHT: “Bella Notte” A Beautiful Night
Make sure you register in advance and dress your best for this very special evening on Friday, February 8 from 6-8pm at the lovely Sandhill Crane Golf Club Ballroom. This entertaining evening of dinner, dancing and fun is for dads (or stepdad, grandpa, etc) with daughters ages 4 and up. Resident/Non-resident Fee: $45/$56 (per couple dad & one daughter), additional daughter: $12 each. Guests must pre-register online or in person at any Leisure Services front desk. GARDENS INDOOR YARD SALE Consider taking our “Let Go of Clutter” class with Ms. Kathy and then after you decide what to sell, sign up for our community yard sale on Saturday, March 9 from 7:30-11:30am at Burns Road Recreation Center. Applications are available online or at the front desk.

SCHOOL’S OUT CAMPSWe still have openings in some of our School’s Out Sports, Tennis or Soccer Camps this first week of January during the winter break. *NEW* STEM CLASSESMad Science is in the house offering two classes to S.T.E.M.ulate your little scientist. Are You Smarter than a Mad Scientist? for kids in 1st – 5th grade will be held after school on Wednesdays beginning Jan. 9 and Mission: Code for kids in 3rd-7th grades (divided into younger and older groups) will be after school on Fridays beginning Jan. 11. TOT CLASSESSign up for one of our high energy, interactive tot classes to keep your little one engaged. We’ve got Giggles n Groovin with Ms. Dez on Tuesday mornings for ages 2-5, and Totally Tots with Ms. Louise on Wednesday mornings for ages 2-3. Classes are 45 minutes long. YOUTH ART & COOKING: THE FUN STARTS AFTER SCHOOL!Come along on a creative journey with our art enrichment programming: Artsy Kids! Ages 6-10 will enjoy a variety of projects including painting, collage, watercolor, pastels and much more! Thursdays, Feb 7-Mar 14 from 4:30-5:30pm. R/NR Fee: $72/$90 Fun with Clay: Ages 7-12 can use their imaginations and explore hand building and sculpting techniques to make fun creations. Tuesdays, Feb 5-Mar 12, 4:30-6pm. R/NR Fee: $120/$150 Kids’ Cooking Challenge: Ages 8-13 ‘future chefs’ will be given a mystery basket to produce fun and exciting recipes! Mondays, Jan 28-Mar 11 from 4:30-5:30pm. R/NR Fee: $120/$150. MIRACLE LEAGUE EXHIBITION GAMEOn Saturday, January 26th, we will be hosting an exhibition game with the Miracle League of Palm Beach County at Gardens Park, 4301 Burns Road, on Field 6. The first pitch will be at 2pm after opening ceremonies. The Miracle League's mission is to provide opportunities for all children to play baseball regardless of their ability. For over 10 years, the Miracle League Association has made it possible for children all over the country with physical and mental disabilities to achieve the same dream as their healthy peers - to play ball. NEW! LUNCH & LEARN PROGRAMStart the New Year off right by taking care of YOU and your health. Attend our next seminar facilitated by Nurse Next Door and learn about super foods that can help you look and feel healthy. Dine on delicious, nutritious foods and have fun with interactive activities. This one-hour seminar will take place on Wednesday, January 23 from 11:30am – 12:30pm at Burns Road Recreation Center. Registration is only $5 before January 21 or $8 after January 21. Register online or in person at the Recreation Center.

NEW ADDITIONS TO OUR FITNESS/WELLNESS CLASSES Dance Yoga & Bollyfitness, instructed by Nisha Punjabi, is a fun fitness class which incorporates fitness, dance, and yoga for a full mind/body workout. Classes start Monday, January 7th from 6-7pm and are ongoing. The drop-in fee is $15 for residents and $19 for non-residents or you may purchase a discounted 10-class pass.
Friday Evening Zumba with Elsie Rodriguez - We have added a new Zumba class on Friday evenings from 5:45-6:45pm starting Friday, January 11th. Get your workout in before your night out! NEW ADULT ART PROGRAMSThe Leisure Services Department is offering some fantastic new adult art classes starting in January: The Art of Beading Workshops with Susan Vachon: 4-week sessions on Wednesdays starting Jan 9 from 1-4pm. R/NR Fees: $100/$125 plus beading supplies offered in class. Beginner & Intermediate Wheel Throwing with Barbara Powell: Beginner: Friday, Jan 25-Mar 15 | 9:30am-Noon or Saturday, Jan 26-Mar 16 | 1-3pm Intermediate: Friday, Jan 25-Mar 15 | 12:30-3pm Resident/Non-Resident Fee: $240/$300 (initial clay and glazes included)

WEEKDAY ADULT TENNIS INSTRUCTIONAL CLASSES RETURNSharpen skills and meet new friends! Adult Beginner, Advanced Beginner and Intermediate classes will once again be offered starting January 15th. Classes are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays and run for 10 weeks. Register online or in person; session fees are $162/$180/$225 for PBGTC Passport Holder/PBG Res/Non-resident. Classes are limited to 6 students, so enroll soon to assure your place. Enrollment is permitted to a class in progress at a pro-rated fee if space is available. TENNIS CENTER TO HOST “LES GRANDES DAMES” SENIOR WOMEN’S COMPETITIONWednesday – Sunday, January 16-20 A premier senior Super Category II Event, Les Grandes Dames is expected to draw up to 150 highly-ranked players from around the United States and beyond. In cooperation with Trish Faulkner, USPTA National Vice President, Les Grandes Dames has been a Palm Beach Gardens fixture of the women’s winter season for more than two decades. Singles and Doubles events for ages 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, and 80+ will provide a chance to see some great tennis, so we hope you’ll come out and watch! Entries will be taken through January 9th. GET FIT IN THE POOL!Work those holiday pounds off without stressing your joints. Increase muscle strength and flexibility and improve your overall health with lap swimming or water aerobics. GET GOLF READY CLINIC WITH BILL DECKER, PGA PROFESSIONALJanuary 28, 30, February 1 from 8:30-10am A program designed for beginner to intermediate level golfers wanting clinic-style golf instruction in a fun group setting! The fundamentals of putting, chipping, pitching, full swing, etiquette, and the rules of golf will be covered over the course of 3 days with on-course instruction on Friday. 4.5 hours of instruction for $150 per person!
