REGISTRATION FOR SUMMER CLASSES OPENS APRIL 11

In addition to a large variety of summer camps for kids, we also continue to offer classes for children and adults throughout the summer. The summer issue of the Gardens Life brochure will be available in mid-April with a full listing of classes, events and programs. Registration opens April 11th. GFWC PALM BEACH GARDENS WOMAN'S CLUB

Join the GFWC Palm Beach Gardens Woman's Club as they honor their Past Presidents since 1967.  Rebecca Reid will also be talking about the Busch Wildlife Sanctuary.  The meeting begins at 7pm with the speaker and celebration at the beginning and the business meeting following. FIRST LEGO LEAGUE JR. DISCOVERY

Green Mouse Academy is offering an exciting hands-on STEM program geared toward children ages 6-10. The class will meet Fridays, April 5-May 24 from 3-4pm. Register in advance so the class does not get cancelled. More information on the First Lego program

On Sunday, April 14th at 9am, check out our newest wellness class on Veterans Plaza, right next to the GreenMarket.  Dance Yoga & Bollyfitness focuses on a healthy you with a soft and soothing style of yoga for sculpting and toning long lean muscle with dance, moving into non-stop rhythms for a full mind/body workout. WOMEN’S USTA NATIONAL SENIOR CLAY COURT CHAMPIONSHIPS!

Tuesday – Sunday, April 9-14, 9am-6pm daily
Watch some great athletes compete for USTA National Titles in Singles & Doubles in the “evens” (40, 50, 60, 70, 80-Over). Entrants from around the country and beyond are expected.

BOOM!! ADAPTIVE “XGLOSIVE” TENNIS

Saturday, April 27, 8:30-10:30pm 
“XGLOsive” refers to tennis played under black lights with lively music and highly reflective décor around the court. It’s a unique and enjoyable experience. With USTA sponsorship, we are able to offer this program free of charge to our autism/special needs (8:30-9:30pm) and wheelchair (9:30-10:30pm) players.  Volunteers are needed and will need to do the City-required annual background check ($6.25), then notify the Tennis Center at wmcdermott@pbgfl.com. NOW HIRING LIFEGUARDS AND REC AIDES

Become a part of the awesome Aquatics Team! We are seeking positive, friendly, certified Lifeguards ages 16 and up to join our team and keep our swimmers safe. The City offers competitive pay rates and a flexible schedule with morning, daytime, evening and weekend hours available. We are also hiring Recreation Aides to assist the Lifeguards with peripheral duties. Rec Aides must be 14 or older and do not have to be certified. Apply online

SWIM LESSONS

The next session of swim lessons for ages 6 months through adult runs April 15-May 1 on Mondays and Wednesdays. Registration online or in person began April 1. Group, semi-private and private lessons are available. Please visit the Aquatics website for class information, times and fees.

Planning a party? Consider having it at the PBG Aquatic Complex. We offer several options and we are sure to find the perfect place for you.  We even have a pavilion with enough room next to it for a bounce house or inflatable slide. PERFORMANCE & ART SHOW

Some of the RYEC students participated in an adorable performance at a reception and art exhibit entitled “Our Favorite Books” at Burns Road Community Center. The exhibit features original art work from all ages of students and continues through May 1st.  Hours vary, so please call 561.630.1100 if you would like to view the art.

GOLF IMPROVEMENT GROUP CLINIC

For $200 per person, ages 18+ will receive 9 hours of instruction for all levels/abilities, plus practice range balls, to help improve their golf game. Times are 5:30-7pm on the following dates:
