Ages 14-17 (as of the first day of each weekly program)
This program is based on readiness for an independent life after high school graduation. Each day will be filled with knowledge-based, hands-on learning skills to make their transition into adulthood smoother, as well as empower individuals to take care of themselves with confidence. Topics will include basic cooking, doing laundry, basic sewing, personal finance such as check writing and balancing checking accounts, credit card safety, internet safety, self-defense, basic car care, CPR, first aid and much, much more! Trips to tour local colleges and visits from local professionals are also included.
- Dates: Monday-Friday, June 10-14, June 24-28, July 8-12 and July 22-26
- Times: 7:30am-6pm (organized activities take place 8:30am-5pm)

Gardens Gives Back Community Service Experience
Ages 14-17 (as of the first day of each weekly program)
This award-winning program gives teens the opportunity to build job skills and character attributes through community service projects involving local non-profit agencies. The Palm Beach County Food Bank, Homeless Coalition of Palm Beach County, Quantum House, Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League and Grassy Waters Preserve are just a few of the agencies we will be helping. Spend one week with this program and earn up to 30 community service hours, gain self-esteem, self-confidence, friendship and overall SUCCESS! NOTE: Court-ordered community service is not eligible for this program.
- Dates: Monday-Friday, June 3-7, June 17-21, July 1-5 (no camp Thursday, July 4), July 15-19 and July 29-August 2.
- Times: 7:30am-6pm (organized activities take place 8:30am-4:30pm)
- Location: Meet at Burns Road Community Center
