  5. City staff reserve the right to deny any application when such use is not in the interest of the City of Palm Beach Gardens.*
  6. The City reserves the right to limit the number of games played on a field in a single day. City also reserves the right to restrict start and end times of the tournament or event.*
  7. Facility prep and maintenance is the sole responsibility of City staff. Field users may not paint lines, move goals or bleachers, perform any turfgrass practices, etc. The field user should contact their City point of contact for any issues related to facility maintenance.*
  8. The contact person listed must be on site for the duration of the reservation. Facilities may not be sublet to any other person or organization.*
  9. If the application is accepted, a deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required in order to fully execute the contract and reserve facilities. These fees are non-refundable* and cannot be applied to other facility use permits.
    *In the event the City cancels the event, all fees will be reimbursed.
  10. Full payment of the rental fee is due forty-five days prior to the tournament or event.*
  11. If the tournament or event is canceled:*
    A) More than 90 days in advance, all fees except 5% of the rental fee will be refunded. B) Less than 90 days but more than 45 days in advance, the initial 25% deposit will be forfeited. C) Less than 45 days but more than 14 days in advance, 50% of the rental fee will be forfeited. D) Less than 14 days in advance, no refunds will be issued.
